- Every part is covered by its manufacturer’s warranty, starting from the day of sale.
OPTIONAL · 3-YEAR PLAN
Support Plus
- 48-hour response. Every issue is addressed within 48 working hours.
- Temporary replacement. If your computer or a component can’t be repaired within 72 working hours of diagnosis, we give you a temporary replacement unit to keep you working.
- Free maintenance. One full system clean-up and thermal paste reapplication during the three-year plan.
The clean-up needs a controlled environment and specialised tools, so it’s done at our workshop, not onsite.
